Reservation Policies

Payments

The 100% of the payment, must be done as a maximum term of 30 days before the check in. This payment can be done through credit card, bank transfer or deposit and the receipt must be sent to the executive in charge of your reservation.

Cancelation Policies

Rates (0 – 6 years old)

100% free, sharing bed with parents.
Minimum 1 adult paying single rate.
Maximum 2 children per room.
From the third child on, will be charged an extra of (USD 80 per bed).

Rates (7 – 12 years old)
CHD commissionable for travel agencies & Tour operators.
Minimum 1 adult paying single rate.
Maximum 2 children per room for CHD rate.
