This excursion allows passengers to get know the beauty of the park in a more intense way reaching viewpoints and places that are not included in the regular excursión.
Itinerary:
We leave from Puerto Natales around 8:30 am. heading towards Torres del Paine NP. We do a short stop at the viewpoint of Lago Sarmiento, hopefully spotting some Guanacos . After 1,5 hours trip we get to Lago Sarmiento Range Station to enter the Park and starting our first trek of the day called “Trekking Portería a Portería” (Lenght: 3,7 miles approx.) We will take a trail path of slight inclination, overlooking Lake Sarmiento, hunting area of the puma. After 1 hour of walking, we will be able to see some cave paintings, date back approximately 6,000 years. Here we will do a short break and taking pictures of the surroundings, while listening about local history.
After 3 hours of hike we get to Laguna Amarga Range Station and continue our tour towards the famous “Salto Grande” a big waterfall that delivers the water from Lago Nordenskjold to Lago Pehoe. From here we starts our second hike (1 hour approx) to get to the viewpoint of the Cuernos del Paine, a magic spot at the foot of the turquoise waters of the Nordenskjold Lake. Here we will enjoy some cold and hots drinks and then we return by the same trail until reach our vehicle.
Then we continue our trip to the Lago Pehoe to enjoy one of the best panoramic view of lake and massif. Afterward we starts our return to Puerto Natales stopping at Lago Toro, the largest lake of the área.
It is worth mentioning that this excursion does not visit the Cueva del Milodon NM and the Lago Grey

Does the tour runs all year around?
We recommend travelling between September and April. The rest of the year is subject to weather conditions.
What does includes the lunch box ?
It includes a beef or chicken sandwich + lettuce + cereal bar + 1 fruit + 1 yogurt + mineral water . Theres is also a vegetarian option if required.
Is it possible to see the famous “Towers during the tour?
The three peaks known as “Torres del Paine”, “Los Cuernos del Paine”, and the rest of the mountainous massif can be seen with a panoramic view from different lookouts where the tour stops. The tour goes through the 60 kilometers of road inside the park which is located in front of the massif where is possible to admire the peaks. The visibility will depend on the cloudy condition.
The tour does not visit the “Towers”, and can be seen see them in a panoramic view, as mentioned previously. For visiting them is necessary the “Trekking Base las Torres” or “W Circuit”.
