Itinerary from May up to August 2022

Early morning passengers must be at the “TURISMO 21 DE MAYO” office located in #560 Eberhard Street, Puerto Natales. From there passengers are transferred to local pier. The navigation will take us through Señoret Channel, where we will appreciate wildlife, vegetation and beautiful scenery until arriving at “Bernardo O’Higgins National Park”. We will sail to Puerto Bories, an industrial refrigeration complex founded in 1913 which was an embarkation pier of livestock products belonging to Chilean and Argentinean Patagonian Farms.

Then we will reach the Eberhard Fiord. The first point of the cattle colonization in the area of Ultima Esperanza. Later we will be able to observe the “Cormorant” colony, hundreds of these birds similar to penguins, inhabit the point called “Barrosa”, as well as a Sea Lion Colony that remains in the place for almost 2 months, and possibly some condors in their fabulous gliding flights. We will have in front of us the Balmaceda Mountain and Glacier that comes off on the east side. The mountain has a height of 2.035-meters and the glacier is in the same condition of retreat of almost all the glaciers of the planet. We will dock at the Puerto Toro dock, and then start an easy walk through a wonderful native forest and along the lake’s shore until we reach the Serrano Glacier. Afterwards, we will return to the Puerto Natales dock, from where the passengers will be transferred to the ”21 de Mayo Tourism” Office, where the service will end.
